The Star and Eagle has a total of ten bedrooms, all of the highest standard for your personal comfort, though varying considerably in style. All rooms offer tea and coffee making facilities, including homemade shortbread biscuits. 8 of our rooms have en suite bath/shower facilities and our 2 family rooms share a shower room. There's even a room with a splendidly renovated four poster bed. 

 

Most of the rooms have lovely views overlooking the surrounding countryside or the neighbouring parish church. In the morning, you can enjoy a traditional full English or Continental breakfast and if preferred, served in the refectory the oldest part of the building dating back to the 14th century, with fantastic views of the Weald countryside, or on our sunny Terrance in the summer months. Our small team of friendly, experienced staff will help to make your stay at the Star and Eagle an enjoyable break at any time of the year.
